This Warranty Policy applies to bedsheet products purchased directly from decolure.com and shipped within the United States. We stand behind the quality of our bedsheets and offer a 100-Night Sleep Trial to ensure you’re completely satisfied. If you’re not in love with your Decolure bedsheet, we’ll help you make it right.

100-Night Sleep Trial 

Our 100-Night Sleep Trial lets you try our bedding at home, wash it, and truly sleep on it. If it’s not a perfect fit, you can return it within 100 nights of delivery for a full refund. Below are the key terms and conditions of the trial:

  • What’s Covered: Eligible bedsheet items, including sheet sets (unless a specific product page states otherwise). This trial applies only to purchases made on decolure.com and shipped within the USA (continental United States).
  • What’s Not Covered: Any non-bedsheet products, items marked as final sale or clearance, items received as gifts (not purchased by the user directly from our site), and gift cards are excluded from the 100-night trial. Such items are not eligible for trial returns.
  • How It Works: The 100-night trial period begins on the day your order is delivered. Yes, you may use the bedding and even wash it during this period. We want you to truly experience our products. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply email us at support@decolure.com within 100 nights of the delivery date to initiate a return. (For hygiene, we kindly ask that you launder the bedding before sending it back.) We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for you to send the items back to us.
  • Fair Use Limit: Our Sleep Trial is limited to one return per product type per household. This means you can’t repeatedly purchase and return the same type of item under the trial. We reserve the right to refuse a trial return if the policy is being abused (for example, multiple used-item returns from the same household).
  • Return Shipping Cost: There is no return shipping fee for approved 100-night Sleep Trial returns. We cover the cost of the return shipping label for trial returns, so you can try our bedding risk-free.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned trial item, we will inspect it and then issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. This typically occurs within 10 business days of receiving your return. (Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.)

How to Initiate a Sleep Trial Return

Starting a return under the 100-Night Sleep Trial is simple and hassle-free:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@decolure.com within 100 nights of your delivery date. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return (optional but helpful feedback).
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will verify your eligibility (ensuring the request is within 100 nights and the item qualifies) and then provide you with a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Prepare the Item: Wash the bedding item before returning (as a courtesy for hygiene) and pack all components (e.g. pillowcase pairs, set pieces) in the original or similar packaging.
  4. Ship it Back: Drop off the package using the provided label within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization. The return shipping is free for you.
  5. Refund Issuance: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. You’ll be notified via email once the refund is issued. The refund will go back to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receipt.

Please note: If the returned item is found to be excessively damaged beyond normal use, missing components, or otherwise outside the trial terms, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or decline the return. We will communicate with you in such cases.

Purchases from Third-Party Sellers (Amazon & Others)

This Warranty Policy (including the 100-night trial) applies only to purchases made directly through decolure.com. If you bought a Decolure product from another retailer or marketplace (such as Amazon, eBay, or a physical store), those purchases are not covered by our 100-night trial or direct warranty service. In such cases, please refer to the return and warranty policies of the place where you purchased the product. For example, if you bought a Decolure item on Amazon, you would need to follow Amazon’s return process or contact Amazon’s customer service regarding any issues.

However, we still value you as a customer! If you did purchase through a third party, you are welcome to reach out to us with any product questions or concerns. While we cannot process returns/refunds for third-party purchases, we may offer guidance or troubleshooting for product issues. And feel free to use our optional Warranty Registration to stay in touch. Just understand that the 100-Night Sleep Trial and direct refund offer are only for decolure.com orders.
