How Discount Codes Work at Decolure

We want every discount experience to feel easy. Here's a quick guide to how codes work on our site and what to do if something doesn't go as expected.

Applying Your Code

Discount codes are applied during checkout. After you add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, you'll see a field to enter your code. Type it in exactly as you received it, click "Apply," and the discount will appear in your order summary before payment. Codes are not case-sensitive.

Please note that discount codes cannot be entered in the cart. They are applied at the checkout step only.

Types of Discount Codes

We use three types of discount codes, and each one works a little differently.

  • One-time codes are generated for a single use. Once you complete a purchase with the code, it expires automatically. You'll typically receive these through email offers or post-purchase promotions. If a one-time code isn't working, it may have already been redeemed or passed its expiration date.
  • Email-linked codes are tied to a specific email address. They will only apply when the email you enter at checkout matches the one the code was assigned to. If you see an error, double-check that you're using the correct email. If you've recently changed your email or need help, our support team can assist through the chat icon on any page.
  • Open codes are available to everyone during a specific promotion. These are typically shared during seasonal sales or limited-time offers. If an open code isn't working, the promotion may have ended or the code may have reached its usage limit.

Purchased on Amazon? Code Not Working?

If your first Decolure order was placed through Amazon and your discount code isn't applying at checkout, that's because our website verifies purchase history through our own system. Since Amazon orders are processed separately, the code can't confirm your purchase automatically.

To get a code that works on our website, visit our Amazon Customer Discount page. The process is quick, automated, and your code will be sent right away after email confirmation.

Things Worth Knowing

Only one discount code can be used per order. If you have more than one, apply whichever gives you the best value.

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other. Automatic promotions, if active, may still apply separately.

If you forget to enter a code before placing your order, contact us right away through the chat icon or at support@decolure.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to apply it.

Gift cards are not discount codes. They're applied as a payment method, which means you can use a gift card and a discount code on the same order.
